All client information will be confidential - All work will be undertaken with strict confidentiality and no information will be passed onto a third party without your permission. Before and after images may be taken with your consent which will be used as a marketing tool either on my Instagram or my website
48hr cancellation policy- A £50 deposit will be requested for every day booked. Both parties have the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. If the session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and the date is not rescheduled, the deposit will become non refundable. I will always try and re-fill the date but if this is not possible then the deposit will be held.
Items removed from your home must be at the client’s discretion and you will accept full responsibility at all times for such decisions. Once removed from your home you give me responsibility to dispose of unwanted goods in the best way I see fit.
Payment to be made once the work has been completed. I will send an invoice after my visit and you have 1 week to make payment. I also accept cash if preferred.
